    • Vinayasa is a power flow that focus on building a relationship to breath awareness, endurance, flexbility & strength.
    • Yoga Strength- Uses light dumb-bells, isolated core movements, balance building & fast paced level 2 Vinyasa flow.
    • Aroma Yin Yoga- Increase mind, body & Spirit connection while nurturing the body by holding poses 2-3 minutes. Enhance your relaxtion with the use of medical grade essential oil, pillows, blankets, blosters & diffuser. This is a seated or laying down series that targets in releasing built up fascia tissue & tension.
